"LUZVIMINDA"
Had the chance to take some behind the scene photos during the shoot of "LUZVIMINDA" MTV by an all filipino rock band based in San Diego,California, Mindstress, featuring Jamir Garcia of Slapshock.
Its awesome to find a couple of my "kababayans" with really good talent taking pride of their pinoy blood through their music in a foreign country. I find it quite amusing that, it seems to me, pinoys abroad take more pride of their nationality than the ones back home, where pop culture seems to be mostly peppered by western influence. They use their musicality to scream through out the world of their identity. These guys do it with passion, they put everything they have in their music...
these guys make me proud.
They just released a self titled album "mindstress", its up for grabs now, go get it!
